Nel 2002 viene costituita la società Imcar2 s.r.l., che inizia ad operare nel 2003 è fondata da Paolo Duberti e Franco Peirano, che si sono conosciuti nel 1984 avendo in comune la passione per i rally.
Paolo come pilota e Franco come organizzatore e commissario sportivo dopo aver abbandonato il sedile di destra anni prima la loro conoscenza diventa amicizia e dopo che Franco ha chiuso la concessionaria Opel Imcar di cui era di cui era titolare decidono insieme di aprire la imcar 2 che nei primi anni si occupa della vendita di auto multimarca oltre che di auto d’epoca.
Con il passare degli anni l’attività si rivolge sempre più alle autoclassiche e d’epoca, occupandosi prevalentemente di auto prodotte tra gli anni ’70 e ’90.
Dal 2004, ininterrottamente, Imcar 2 è presente alla più importante fiera d’auto d’epoca in Italia a Padova e successivamente a tutte le più prestigiose fiere del settore che si svolgono nel nostro paese con alcune partecipazioni ad analoghe manifestazioni che si svolgono in Germania.
Negli ultimi anno Imcar2 ha abbracciato il mercato delle Young Timer, in grande ascesa. L’attività prosegue ormai da quasi 20 anni e la società può annoverare tra i suoi numerosi clienti anche dealer non solo italiani, ma anche europei.
